Criticism.  Negative thoughts towards others.  These come easily to us.  Standing Ovation™ teaches us to see the strengths in others and provides a forum for conveying those strengths to one another.

Appreciation costs almost nothing yet it reaps incredibly high levels of return.  In this keynote, we explore the ways people like to be appreciated, we learn to see the strengths in others and are offered a chance to practice giving strength-centered compliments.
